Taparu Commercial Terms of Service

- Overview
This website is operated by Taparu. These Commercial Terms apply to all retail and business (B2B) customers, including restaurants, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Business vs Retail Customers
Retail customers are protected under standard consumer guarantees.
Business (B2B) customers agree that purchases are made for commercial use and may be subject to additional limitations outlined in these Terms.
- Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Taparu.
We reserve the right to:
– Refuse or cancel orders
– Limit quantities
– Reject high-risk or resale orders
- Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.
For B2B customers:
– Payment must be made in full unless prior agreement
– Late payments may incur fees
– We reserve the right to suspend supply for unpaid invoices
- Product Nature (IMPORTANT)
Taparu products may be different then shown in the website image,
Variations in:
– Colour
– Texture
– Shape
are normal and do not constitute defects.
- Storage & Usage Responsibility
Once delivered, the customer is fully responsible for:
– Proper storage (dry, cool conditions)
– Protection from moisture and contamination
Taparu is not liable for damage caused by improper storage or handling.
- Returns & Refunds
All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
For B2B orders:
– Returns are not accepted for change of mind
– Only faulty or non-compliant goods are eligible
- Delivery & Risk
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
Taparu is not responsible for:
– Delays caused by carriers
– Loss or damage after delivery
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
– Taparu is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
– Liability is limited to replacement or refund of goods
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Taparu against any claims arising from:
– Misuse of products
– Improper storage
– Resale or commercial use
- Intellectual Property
All branding, content, and materials remain the property of Taparu.
- Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are breached.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
