RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your Taparu product, please send it back to us in the original packaging, with your order number, copy of tax invoice and a note of explanation, to 23 Gordon Court, Glenroy, 3046

Your note of explanation is not mandatory but if you provide, it will help us to serve better.

 

REFUND POLICY

Taparu is responsible for refunding the price to their customer and obtaining the product from them. Taparu guarantees that only the highest quality raw components are used in the manufacture of their products. If for any reason a Taparus product is found to be unsatisfactory we will refund the cost of the product to the Purchaser on return of the product within 15 days, provided that the product is returned in an unused form with the original packaging, duly enclosed with a copy of the tax invoice detailing purchase of the item. In the event if your receipt is lost, we will happily provide you with an exchange.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

If a product is received in a damaged condition, the Purchaser is to complete a Returned Goods Claim Form. Photographic evidence must be attached to the form to enable Taparus to complete processing of the claim. On receipt of this form, the Purchaser can either receive replacement stock with no additional freight cost incurred, or the Purchaser may receive a refund for the cost of the damaged product(s
